They met tibicos through Vinz's mom in Bourges, France. She'd been making water kefir the old way — no shortcuts, no pasteurization, just living cultures doing their thing. One taste and it clicked: this is what a drink should be.
That kitchen lab became KEFAS. A brand built on the principle that if you can't pronounce the ingredients, you probably shouldn't drink it. Every batch is wild-fermented, naturally carbonated, and made by two people who care more about what's in the bottle than what's on the label.
